Meet at the Tarlton Theatre in downtown Green Bay for hot cocoa and instructions, leave at 6:30 PM to take Unsilent Night through the streets of downtown Green Bay, then return to the Tarlton for an afterparty featuring music by members of the Green Bay Jazz Orchestra!
